Anyone That Works Can I Ask What You Do?

I have changed jobs recently to a less physical and demanding job but i am still struggling with my pain affecting work. Advise on the best job or worst job to have would be amazing please? thank you xx

@A MyFibroTeam Member. Hi, I'm Connie. I work at a gift shop in a hospital. Love the work. At times can be physical and demanding. Work 5plus hours a day. Some days a lot of pain. Have a wonderful Christian boss so that helps. Mostly work check out. Hope that helps. Connie

I work in construction and it’s at night, some nights the pain is excruciating, don’t work in this field.

I work in a call centre, i went from working and walking around a big store for 10 hours a day and now find 5 hours is my limit. Working around my little girls school hours is a godsent! But i found that you NEED to take regular breaks, 10 minutes every hour or so, just sit down, breath, strech and get your head together and clear for the next hour!

Mostly do dog walking with some graphic n web work here n there to supplement our disability income.
