I say whatever works for you, do it and to hell with what anyone else thinks! We are all different and have different solutions that work for us! Whatever gives you any relief whether it be for sleep, relaxation or energy or whatever, do it!!

snap --- get use to rattling if you are unable to cope with the pain using natural methods that are in this forum. The aim is to find a level of comfort that allows you to function. Finding that balance is the hard and everyone is different but the same if that makes sense.

I take tramadol modified release every night. It helps me to sleep xxx
