I'm slightly overweight for my height and that's one factor for the muscle pains. Other than losing some pounds, what other ways can i be relieved of this pain that i may need to do daily. (NATURAL REMEDIES ONLY)

My daughter takes Alpha Lipoic Acid, but I am not sure why she takes it. I have just started trying CBD oil (hemp oil), and it appears to be helpful thus far.
My options include:

Tumeric
Vitamin D3
CBD oil
Marijuana
Lavender & Peppermint oil (rub)
Walking
Heat
Rest
Meditation
....and last, but certainly not least because He is actually the very 1st thing you should lean on. God. Pray to God for guidance, strength, energy, and wisdom to endure the journey through this wilderness so that we may all come out stronger on the other side. 💜

I used to do yoga but then I was diagnosed with Hypermobilty syndrome as well so now I'm on a waiting list for a physiotherapist to teach me pilates
