Magnesium
A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question 💭

So can i take magnesium with my other meds and how much. Since i was hit by car in 84, my pain has been manageable but with new diagnosis of fibromyalgia my meds are not cutting it. I take cymbalta, vicodin, gabapentin, flexerill, advil, requip and 50,000 iu of vit d.

You will need to check for contraindications with your medications with any suppliment you use. Best thing is to check with your doctor or health care provider.

One of my favourite magnesium supplements on the market is MegaMag MuscleEase by NutriAdvanced (I don't work for them or anything, I just love the product)

Good luck xo
