Thank you for your answers. I think I'm in a lot of pain with muscle spasms in my back yesterday and today. I may have found something to help with the bone pain. There is a drug called duloxetine and it apparently is very good. It's a recognised med to treat fibromyalgia. Even though technically it's an antidepressant. It's been approved to treat fibromyalgia including severe joint pain etc. I hope that this latest update help you all.
I'm coming off my original antidepressant slowly and I'm starting duloxetine in 2 weeks time upon the advice of my doctor. You always have to reduce the antidepressants slowly then stop them for 24 hours then start taking new one.

I have the rib pain. I'm sorry you are having these painful symptoms. Fibro is a bitch. Popping in bones and joints usually means air pockets which are harmless but annoying ( according to my physical therapist).
