Hi my ex has been caring for me has my daughter purchased hasnt got the time due to uni and part time work he doesn't live with me and we are just friends but I can't afford to pay him I was wondering if my ex could claim carers I live in the UK so need UK dwp advice thanks Paula

Either he can or you can. I'm not sure which way round it goes but yes it can be claimed by 1 of you. Look for more information on the benefits website, sorry I don't know what it is.
