How Do You Cope With A Constant Headaches Abd The Spikes Into Migraines?
A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question 💭

Ive known ive have fibromyalgia for over 10 years. Most of that time ive had a constant headache which flares into a migraine 2-4 times a week. Im just so over it. Fatigued and never being able to concentrate. Im realising that i wont get a cure but less frequency and morw function would be fantastic.

I’ve been in hospital too. I’m already on amitryptaline (endep), can’t have nurofen (other condition makes in contraindicated) but I’ll try the imitrex. I’ve used a lot of the sumatriptans in the past with no success. Just kinda getting desperate. But at this point I’ll retry and attempt almost anything under the sun

I have severe migraines as well & have for years...my last 2 sent me into the ER. I’m now taking preventative Amitryptaline every night and Imitrex at onset along with 1600mg Ibuprofen.
