Ive noticed when my skim gets warm i end up with a small bumps when i scratch. Usually they're quite small but they're not red like heat rash they are the same colour as my skin. If i dont scratch too much they stop itching and eventually disappear days to a week later. Anyone else get this?
This happens to me too. I was told that it's a form of psoriasis. If it happens over a joint, like your elbow or knees, it could be arthritis. I would ask your doctor about it and maybe see a rheumatologist about it, just in case.
