I wear Ryka shoes, they are for women worth the cost and created by a team of female podiatrists. I discovered them but accident, and now all the women in my family. We range from 14 to 90 years of age! They have the best support I have ever found in a women's shoe! They have made a huge difference for me since getting them I have stopped getting stress fractures in my knees and hips!

Yes, yes and yes. Hate it. Try the food I am eating and it will help you lose weight. I am losing weight now and I have lost 5 and 1/2 pounds in two weeks. It is not easy unless you decide no matter what that you will make it enjoyable. Salads with Vinegar or Vinaigrette light dressing, grilled chicken, fish, poultry, no soda, good tasting water, no sauces, no spicy foods, no gassy foods, no pasta, rice, or grains but oatmeal is okay. Have fresh fruits like pineapples, apples, avocados, sweet potatoes plain, no dairy. My ankles started feeling better now that I am losing weight. I will be praying for you.

Definitely, it's been excruciating, especially on top of my feet and toes.

I get pain in my right inner ankle that feels like the bone is going to break. Im going through it right now. Flares up on me now and then. No swelling but i notice small veins come to the surface while im going through it then go away after it is over. I hadnt thought about it being fibro related until now.
