Watch the doco "take your pills".. Adderall is almost meth.. sounds like you are taking things to go up and then things to go down... I think your doctor is just trying to treat you with drugs and not help in any other way.. There are loads of other things you can do to help you get through the day.. see my bio for ideas, and perhaps see a psych to help with things too. I have 2.
