Essentional Oils?

Hay everyone i was just woundering if anyone uses any essentional oils to help calm their anxity or stress where i feel these are to trigers i am learning that makes the pain worse. I was woindering if it is worth a try?

Yes find someone who knows what they are talking about though and take care, you can be way more sensitive to them. Also have you thought about a psychologist to help with your anxiety. Do you know the source of it?... Don't just assume it's there for life.. I have 2 psychologists and am learning so much from my sessions. It's work checking out.

I use a blend of lavender oil, vetiver oil, and Palo Santo oil.

Hi yes I use them. I like relaxing ones - I used lavender yesterday. I have a lava stone necklace that I add a drop to and then I keep getting a whiff of the oils. Calmer Solutions do blends that aren’t expensive, I use their relaxing blend. I’m getting a diffuser for my birthday next month so I can’t wait to try that. I have a cat so I’m not keen on citrus oils as they don’t like them. Good luck :)

I haven’t tried essential oils because I live in a small bungalow and have a dog and don’t know how the scents might affect him too. But I do drink camomile tea, good quality and use two tea bags at a time & leave them in. I don’t like it but it helps a bit.

Hello I use essential oils on a daily basis for pain, anxiety and a lot of other things I only use top quality oils though, my favorite eo for anxiety is frankinsence use topically on the bottom of my feet, or on the back of my neck.
