Injury
A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question 💭

Has anyone successfully managed to keep their fibro under control while recovering from an injury? I injured my hip a few months ago and been going to PT for it but have not been able to exercise in the meantime. My fibro is slowly plummeting. The pain is increasing my stress and with that I am getting flares more often and feel like I am stuck in a vicious cycle. How to muster up the courage to start exercising again when you feel so tired, fatigued, and in pain?

Yes, that happens to me too! It makes me not want to go to PT but it's so so necessary for my hip.
