Yes I got both sides done as my headache is on both sides.
I have pain in my lower back that radiates to my hips, especially my right hip. It is worse when I get up in the morning or after sitting for long periods of time. It gets better once I am up walking unless I walk for long periods of time, then the pain will radiate to both hips.
A lot! Sometimes I stand up and my legs give out from under me too
I'm late to the answers here, been MIA. I also experience this, and while I seem to be prone to frequent mild UTIs, in my case this pain is usually due to my pelvic organ prolapse (which sounds… read more
I never chose a state when I was signing up. So I think it defaulted to or I accidentally hit a key that brought it to Ossippe NH. Yes, we're from Northeast, but because of my husbands work we have lived across the country (and even abroad)!. I can't go in to change state. But we're in southwest now :)

Does anyone have something they can wear around their lower back that helps with pain when walking? I need something to keep my posture straight; so I remember to suck in my stomach and I'm not putting pressure on my lower back.
I had to shovel a small amount of snow the other night. By morning the pain in my lower back was so bad I couldn't get out of bed.
This sounds better!
I have used Allegra for 2 days now and it’s been amazing. Tingling is usually a precursor to fares for me so I’m pretty excited!
I read Allegra is also used for skin conditions and itching. Perhaps that’s why it stops the tingling???
Bennedryl is my antihistamine of choice. My allergy test was negative so I call them fibrogies. Plus an autoimmune disease. It’s still a histamine imbalance ‘allergic’ or not.
I need a stretching type class because I'm so bad at doing things to help my situation at home. My thigh muscles are much tighter than any others and it causes my knee caps to pull up. I have trouble with lounges and various other positions but when I stretch it helps.
What is hot pod yoga

Oh my! Brrr 🥶
I was raised riding horses in the backcountry. Now it’s very hard to get out in general, let alone load, groom, and tack my horse. BUT, once I’m riding, and especially through rugged terrain, it’s as if my fibromyalgia doesn’t exist. As long as my horse is moving I feel NORMAL! This is why I won’t give it up even though I have this illness. My stepmom is a therapeutic riding instructor and tells me that this sort of neurologic healing through riding is well known, but not yet understood. Has… read more

Who has used vitamin E liquid on their lady parts went in a flare? Has it worked or does it make matters worse?
I do also have an estrogen cream that definitely does help. But I don’t use it every night.
