Green LED Light Therapy For Chronic Pain
A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question šŸ’

A few weeks ago I read about how scientists are using green LED lights to treat chronic pain on https://fibromyalgianewstoday.com.

So I bought a green a LED light and started trying it out a few days ago to see if it would help, or do anything. I was wondering if anyone else has heard of this?

@A MyFibroTeam Member, When the led bulb cost only 7 dollars free shipping from Amazon and it will last 10'000 hours, I figured even someone as poor as I am can try out a strange idea like this. There are a lot of people here who swear by cbd oil which does nothing for me, and costs way too much money. I have almost 2 bottles of the stuff sitting useless in my bedroom. At least the led bulb isnt overly bright and I can leave it on all night. It is very soothing.
Gentle hugs,

LED lights don't give off any heat. You are thinking of an incandescent bulb which does give off heat, and add them.up, there is a lot of heat to make any poor woman with hot flashes want to break the lot of them.

Besides, I find the green light to be very soothing. I use mine as a night light because one bulb isn't very bright. Enough to walk through the room, but not to read.šŸ˜Ž

I have seen that it's considered to be the most relaxing light colour.. it would reduce your stress which should result in pain reduction.

I had no idea all of you posted anything here until the very last message. I left the link so you could read about it if you wanted to. I put the light on at night before I go to.bed then keep it on over night because I don't like being in the dark. If I get any effects, I will let you know. So far, I seem to be falling asleep much quicker than usual. God bless everyone.

How does that work if your having hot flashes? Iā€™m cooking from the inside out and I think lights would worsen the hot flash and pain??
