My right hand always gets these tingles throughout the day and only two of my fingers seem to be affected and feel like the going numb have to shake my hand for it to move ?

That happens to me as well. I keep vitamin B12 with me and I take either a drop full or a tablet which ever I have with me and it takes the tingling away.
