A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question 💭

Iwas wondering if anyone can help me please. I manage to goto sleep but the problems are I'm either struggling to stay asleep. Or im talking I my sleep or of late I'm singing in my sleep. I don't recall any of the above. I need help to find a sleep centre that can help me. Any advice i would bee grateful. Tia.xx

I find if I lie in bed and watch something on my tablet I just fall asleep. if I just lie in bed and try to sleep it takes me forever. I wake up about every 2-3 hour and then put tablet back on then I fall back to sleep. hopes this helps xx

Getting a sleep study done would not be a bad idea to make sure you don't have any other underlying problems that aren't fibro related. But if not, I suggest try taking melatonin and see how you do.

You'll have to talk to your doctor about referrals to get a sleep study done either at a sleep centre near you or at a hospital. Your symptoms could be anything from a side effect to a med to some difference in your brain. Good luck finding the answers you need.
