Its part and parcel of a flare, mines started at first lasting a couple of hours now what i have described previiusly can last 14 hours or more then three or four days in bed recovering. Its a nightmare but if you are careful you wont flare as much by pacing yourself. Look up the spoon method it will teach you how to manage.

Yes to be plainly simple, i feel like i have a really high fever and end up bedridden for days. The heat i project can actually heat a room and every muscle and joint in my body is in agony. Pure agony, pain that is so bad i am curled in a ball. If it happens go to bed with plenty of fluids and your normal medication, dont use more it wont make a bit of difference you have to let it burn out.
