Pain in shoulder joint especially when lifting arms to pull garment over my head. Pain radiates to mid chest which is also tender to touch.

My left shoulder had an old injury but deteriated severely very quickly, i now have arthritis with nerve damage and bursal fluid which makes it agonising. I put it down to the fibro and it has now spread to my elbow wrist and hand. The arthritis and nerve damage has spread so it doesnt take a specialist to work out they are connected. So take care and keep a close watch on your spread of pain and symptoms.

I had a torn rotator cuff in my right shoulder which is the whole reason this nightmare started!! After two surgeries, one fourteen years ago and one ten years ago cause it retore, I still think it’s torn again! Then my left shoulder needed surgery cause it was bone on bone so they decompressed it, cutting out a piece of collarbone and a piece of shoulder bone, and now I think I have a tear in my left rotator cuff by the feel of things. Go have an x-ray done, ultrasound done and if nothing shows, insist on an MRI!!! My ultrasound originally showed a small partial tear but when I had an MRI, it showed a large full thickness tear!!! Big difference! Anyway, there are so many muscles and tissues in the shoulders that it could be so many things!! Don’t wait for it to get worse though, cause if it is a large tear, it should be fixed! My luck just sucks but the surgery usually fixes it!! Good luck and keep us posted!!!

That's what happened to me. If you don't keep moving it with exercise it will freeze. Mine did. Had to have surgery.
