Thanks
Welcome to the club of having fibro. Sorry that you have it to start with. I have had it for 30 years and unfortunately it does not get better. The best thing to do is keep moving, ( the best that you can) lf you have not been to a pain management doctor, i would find one to go to. I started taking anti inflamatory supplements several years ago and they have really helped me. I take several, but if you can start on a few, it would be helpful. Our bodies are low on potassium and magnesium so i would suggest both of them. I also take a probiotic(acidophylus) to help keep the yeast levels down and help with leaky gut that most people have (google it) the other ones i take are turmeric, cp q 10, alpha lipoic acid, L glutamine, oil of oregano and garlic oil. If you only can take a few, google each of them and see what you think will help you the most. I hope this helps and if you have anymore questions, we are all here to help. Good luck. Hugs
Lisa that's good advice. If you can find a Physiatrist they are the most qualified . Mine does very detailed blood tests and then advises about supplements. For prescription pain meds I see a pain specialist who is absolutely awesome too. Don't stop searching for answers and search everywhere you are worth the fight! I also a massage therapist and a hands only chiropractor. Just today he untwisted my hips. I also do exercise which is Ai Chi. It's Tai Chi in the warm water pool at my gym. Wishing you relief even as you research the best doctors practitioners and treatments for you. 🤗🤗🤗🥄🥄🥄

Hi Matthew! Welcome to our group! I hope you’re having a good day.
Do you see the three little lines top left of page? Hit that and several choice will show in the menu. I would suggest that you start with the getting started button. After that you can click on the meet people button to meet others and read their story. Add people to your team that you click with. Also check out the resources and Q & A buttons. Dance around to figure out what’s where. I hit each button when I started. Good luck. Don’t be afraid to ask for help. That’s what we’re all here for! Soft and warm hugs to you!
