Yes. I lost 40 lbs by going low carb. No white stuff, no dairy and no sugar. I ate whole wheat, vegetables and fruits. Brown rice. Seafood, chicken and nuts. Weight fell off and stayed.

I have just recently started weight watchers. I have a history of disordered eating, so limiting caloric intake was easy for me, but not working. I just keept gaining. I started weigt watchers a few months ago. I am actually seeing some weight loss and I actually feel better than I have for years.

I stopped @Cymbalta because of the weight gain. 15 pounds in 2 months really pissed me off and it had nothing to do with my eating habits. I'm a small person. I've never been a big eater. I've always watched what I eat. So I have been experimenting with different meds for 20 years. I went on Trokendi XR a year ago and have lost 16 pounds and several inches all over
It's a nerve block primarily used for migraines, which I get, but my doctor thought it would help with the fibro pain as well. I'm thrilled about the weight loss of course 😊 It's helped maybe 10% of my fibro, but has helped with the intense migraines. I'm now on another nerve block called Horivant. Has anyone tried this? It seems to be relaxing my body a little. Mind you these are in addition to Tramadol, Vicodin and the Trazadone I've been on for 20 years. I'm trying to find something that will be strong enough for my pain that will help me get off the Vicodin possibly. If anyone has been or is on Horizant, could you please let me know how well it works? Thank you! So, in response to @Cymbalta, I'm afraid it just has chemicals in it that causes weight gain. I would definitely work with your doctor to transition to something else. Talk to them about Trokendi XR. It will help you loose weight...over time. It took me a year. Although, if you go on-line and read reviews, some people loose weight much much quicker. I think it was slower for me because I am in lovely menopause 😊😣😊 Hope this helps. Aktins (low carb, high protein diet) has done wonders for me. I'm also on a medication that makes me gain weight, about 20 pounds in 2 months. And when I can stand to do physical activity, I do Leslie Sansone. All of her stuff is on YouTube, she does walking workout videos! Never too intense, but just enough to make me feel accomplished. I hope this helps!

I went on the Keto diet. Honestly it was the only diet that worked for me.
