I have been told that turmeric is good for fybro sufferers if anyone has used it could you let me know how and what the results are please

Turmeric is one of many supplements that i take. It is a anti inflammatory supp. Fibro causes our bodies to have inflamation throughout it so that is why it helps most of us that take it. Everyone is different so no guarantees but it is worth trying it. Good luck. Hugs

I have been taking it for 2 weeks and noticed it does nothing for fatigue but it does help pains and discomfort. I bought a years supply after researching it online.

I try to use it as often as I can in meals, but I can't say it's made any direct impact. My favorite thing to put it in is sweet potato- turkey- meatballs. I just add some turmeric, salt and parsley and they taste great!
