yes, I've noticed this for the past few years, doc says it's norm, but get checked anyway please, just to rule out anything more serious. This disease is such a pain in the arse. p.s I use Tea Tree Oil to treat the bigger bruise, stinks, but worth in 3-5 days

Sometimes my hands bruise when I lift a cup of tea this is what alerted my GP to my having Fibromyalgia it's as tho my blood isn't flowing properly

As I was saying to another person, even a stretch can pop me out a bruise.

Yes it's is most definitely because of the Fibro. I used to get bruises so big it was if i had been run over by a car. As with everything else they come and go in phases but not as big as when they first started

Someone else asked this question resently. At the top of the page, type in the box, bruising and it will bring up all of the answers. There was alot of people that said they have unexplained bruising. I do too. It is just another strange symptom that we will never understand. Hugs. Ps.
