I believe my mom had fibromyalgia also. And she had severe headaches and hurt all the time. And yes they did not have a,name for it then. In fact they told her it was all in her head. My brother and I both have fibro today.

Yes, I do too. Here’s a tip that helped me don’t head to the fridge during the night. Especially don’t eat something sugary. Also start dinking water in bulk in the pm. Lastly this may sound strange but are the migraines triggered by constipation?

Yes i do well i have epilepsy and high blood pressure but yea it drives me crazy

Can you tell me what you do to support the nerve endings? I'm not sure I understand.

@A MyFibroTeam Member , I believe you will find there is a difference. I did after a few days. Magnesium helps with so many body functions and Vitamin B Complex does also. But for me mainly supporting the nerve endings that misfire - it really cut that down therefore less pain.
