How Would You Describe Fibro Pain?
A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question 💭

I experience different kinds of pains. Recently i feel like tender points are bruised when i touch them. My body also feels very heavy. The pain in my neck and back is the worse for me lately. My upper body seems more Affected than the lower. Constand aches and pains especially at night! X

Fibro pain changes on a daily basis. One day it is my upper body hurting then the next it is my lower body. This is why everyone thought I was a hypochondriac before I was diagnosed 30 years ago. I feel bruised all over too. We have muscles and tendons throughout our bodies and that is what fibro affects. This is why we hurt from head to toe some days. At least we know why we have migrating pain. It does not help the pain, but at least we know it is not all in our heads and we are not alone. Take one day at a time. That is all we can do. Hugs

@A MyFibroTeam Member Oh this is me exactly i either get too much sleep or not enough. I get a burning/pulling sensation in my shoulders and neck. And the pain in my knee is like a throbbing pain, i find it hard to bend my knee and walk properly. Im suffering really bad with my upper half of the body at the minute, least people on this page understand others. Hope your pain is bareable xx

I would describe my stuff as having a charlie horse all over my body that hits off and on all day and when said and done i feel like someone took a sledge hammer to my bones and just feeling achy all over like i went on exercise bender and over did it. Then add being forgetful joe and that someone decide to light my skin on fire and put me ina mosquito pit. Then for my sleep i describe like i have a newborn on steroids. I either get no sleep or sleep too much
