I still have mine and they work ok

I had mine taken out with my adnoids when i was 16 years old. I had strep throat 1-3 timea a year growing up. Finally they agreed to take them out. Ive only had one case of strep throat since they were taken out....

Still have mine. Luckily I am ok with allergies.
