So today is a prime example I woke up at 7.30 aftee a night of not really sleeping, to tired to move but had to get the tiny humans to school then got home at around 9.30 and climbed back in bed thinking I will just have an hour! NOPE my body slept until 2.30 then I picked them up got home for 3.30 and now at 5.30 I'm like the walking dead I can't keep my eyes open let alone make tea do the pots the washing and clean up which didn't get done today. Electric blanket helps me sleep at night, also vitamins, there’s a drink called purdeys, it’s a natural vitamin slightly fizzy drink b12 boosts energy also check your iron levels, also watch what you eat, I now have lactose free milk, & tend to buy as much “free from” stuff as I can, boiled eggs are a good thing to have in the fridge & boosts energy when ur so tired to cook.

On a bad when mine where 2years & 9 months old, I’d actually put a program on the tv called the “ The wiggles” sounds silly but these are a god send! my kids loved them, kept them glued to the tv whilst I rested.

Also, if your rested but not sleeping your still saving energy, this is needed for your body to heal, so listen to it,
use this time to put your earphones in & YouTube hipnosis healing or pain or deep sleep of a night time, there are amazing ones on there be open minded too it & find the voice you like, took me a bit of time to find ones I liked & helped.
I found this helps, especially on bad days.

Also a wonderful app called “headspace” this is a great one for the mornings, really sets your brain & energy levels increased. I found it did for me.

Also keeping your fluids up,

I really hope that helps, I understand when it’s a bad day you just want the ground to swallow you up and feels like nothing bloody works, but believe me it takes time to learn yourself, not to push your limits & “spoon theory” so right.

don’t feel like you have to been pissing super-women etc god my house is like a bombs hit it but at least it shows you have survived the bomb & you lived another day, where you can start dealing with it, but believe me the bomb doesn’t have a timer on it, so don’t panic. (Hope that makes sense)

Anyway, lol I hope any of this is helpful to you my friend. Hope it helps take care. S
Xx
