I find that some days, Compazine works phenomenal for nausea. Other times, the Zofran works better. Neither make me loopy or tired, although I require a horse dose for anything to have any effect on me...lol.

Another thing I swear by is peppermint essential oil. You can.pick it up at most Walgreens, Vitamin Cottage, natural health stores, or family drug stores. Don't put it directly in your skin...it will burn. But I drop four drops into a mug of boiling water and just inhale the smell. I also put a few drops on my pillow case or run a bath and add eight drops to the bathwater, along with some almond or olive oil. It's the one witchy potion that my entire family swears by and there are multiple bottles all around the house should anyone need it!

Yes I have daily nausea. I can't take PeptoBismol due to diverticulitis. Maybe I need an Rx for it.

Dr Bronner makes a wonderful invigorating peppermint liquid soap. Take a peek on Amazon.com I am sure you will find it. For me, grapefruit essential oil is wonderful if I make a room spray with some vodka and about 20 drops of essential oil. Always make sure that the bottle of essential oil has the Latin name of the plant you are using and where it came from and what part of the plant. LOL, I am in college for alternative health, can you tell????
