I am on Tramadol now. It works just as well as any other I've been on. Nothing takes the pain away but takes the edge off. Some days I have hardly any pain (far between) other days I feel as if I've taken nothing. Just depends on the day. Good luck! I hope it gives you some relief.

Yes when I m in a lit of pain I take tremadol and tiziadine together works better. Really bad pain I take 3 times a day

I take tramadol every night at bedtime. Use to toke it with cyclobenzaprine but when you turn 65 the Dr. will stop the cyclobenzaprine because of side affects. Fine if you are having side affects but I wasn't. And the combo really helped the fibro..I can take more but makes me sleepy so unless severe pain I only toke 1 or 2 at bedtime..

It kind of work with gabapentin

@A MyFibroTeam Member The product you're taking is probably "Natural Calm" which is magnesium citrate. I enjoy a warm mug of it every afternoon. It does have calming abilities. It is a good supplement for the price. I'm not on any prescription pills as most give me really nasty side effects. I've told my doctor not to bother writing any for me.
