Yes, I am dealing with that right now. I also have tendonitis in both elbows and neck pain. I wasn't sure if the upper arm pain was fibro or radiating from elbows or neck.
Anyone experience sharp abdominal pain doesn't last long it seems to fade now I had pee . But seems to be a fibro thing as I get arm ache that burns and then chest ache randomly after lasting seconds . I think it was caused by laying on my side weird or what but that is your typical fibro symptoms isn't it xx
Aches are my typical symptoms - they may be in arms, or elbows or knees and change place day to day. I only get fog when the temperature goes down 3 or more degrees

I'm thinking of looking into buying a cane for a while now
Walking in the beginning can be alright but sometimes even a little in,
my joints have a habit of giving away.
And I get muscle spasms when my body gets tired which can also contribute to me falling.
So I'm hoping maybe a cane could help me my body gets stuborn but I still have to get home etc.
I figured black Friday might be the right time to look, to limit the cost.
So I was wondering if anyone had any experiences or tips.
