I live in florida, thank god, so i dont have to deal with extreme cold but the cold does seem to go all the way to my bones. I just dress warm in layers so i can remove them as i warm up. As for pressure changes, i know when the barametric pressure is dropping before the weathermen do. I feel like i have a 300 lb weight pushing on my whole body. When hurricane Irma came by us, i was hurting bad for more than a week. I think bad weather brings on a flare for me. Stay warm everyone. Hugs.

I have the same problems. Cold weather and pressure changes, like a front coming through, increase my pain levels. I havent really found a fix. I soak in epsom salt baths more frequently and use my heating pad on the painful spots. Last winter was awful for me, im hoping some medication changes ive made will help this winter. I get what you mean about once the cold had got you theres no shaking it.

Yes! The change in the weather makes mine so much worse. Can always tell when it’s going to rain

I live in Canada and I totally relate with feeling terrible when it is cold or there is a change in weather. Just like Lisa, I usually notice a flare up right before the weather is about to change. As for the cold, I find a hot bath is the best thing to warm me up. It is also one of the better ways to alleviate some of that really deep aching. Good luck to you all.
