Recently, I have noticed that when I look at stripes or they are in my peripheral vision, it really bothers my eyes. It’s like the stripes start flashing and moving and flickering. Its very bizarre and hard to describe, but it’s become very bothersome and sometimes really hurts and causes headaches. It’s not even something I can just bare through, I have to get the stripes out of my sight or else it just gets worse. Does anyone else experience this with fibromyalgia? It might have something to do with our light. And noise sensitivity. Patterns like stripesand busy patterns bother my eyes too. Strange little symptoms fibro has. Lol
I don't know about stripes but busy patterns do it to me or flashing lights.
Any busy patterns are stressful. Flashing lights too
I'm also wondering I have noticed that too its like looking into a glass and seeing all sorts of colours and shape and things cant explain it though.
Is that what they call fibro fog.... At times u need to look away from reading as lines just look black lines and then refocus did not note about general lines but sensitivity to light, which i thought was a after effect of having a ct scan 4 years ago after had a stroke
