Anyone Heard Of The Hallelujah Diet?
A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question 💭

I got told by someone that they cured their fibromyalgia with it. It looks to me a very limited diet n u have to take supplements to make up for what u lack, defeats the purpose of eating healthy doesn't it?

There is no cure for fibromyalgia. Your symptoms may have like a hibernation period and when your body is under stress they will rear their ugly head again. I spoke with my rheumatologist and she confirmed that there is definitely not a cure for fibro.

Don't want to be a negative Nancy, just being a realist, but thought you should know the facts.

@A MyFibroTeam Member. Lol oh u not negative Nancy hun. I read it n laughed so much, I think I'd die from lack of variety from just nuts, seeds, fruit n vege n might be amazing for shedding weight fast but yes definitely not an option for me. I like meat n dairy. No doubt, tho it's hard, looks like exercise can help if u don't go crazy n be impatient n that's where I'm going to try n aim for. Was thinking that person probably had adrenal fatigue cause symptoms are sort of similar. Hugs hun hope u are having low pain day if not pain free

There may not be a cure, laughter helps keeps the Devil away, the more down and depressed you get the worse you feel. It is like a game at the 🎡 fair, remember when all those tin can were all stacked up into the shape of a pyrimid 🔼, that's what we are like. The more stress we have the more tin cans hit us and knock us down. Life's stress's are no good to us, we all have flair ups, avoid STRESS otherwise we don't loose our marbal, we loose our tin cans. They are hard to rebuild once they are down, someone always has a penny for an extra ball. If we don't start saying NO I am looking after me, let's face it no-one else will.

I do hope you understand the way I put things, my hubby thinks I am crazy lol nothing new there then.
Have a good stress free day. 😏😏😏😏
