Since being diagnosed with PCOS i was put on a strict diet of no gluten and no dairy. for the past couple weeks ive been eating more gluten and more dairy here and there after being told that to ovulate i need certain food that contain gluten and dairy, but since eating gluten and dairy i have had constant pain in my legs, hips and bum

Hi Katrina, sadly food can trigger lots of pain for us but my concern for you is why you've been told you need gluten and dairy to ovulate? I would question this more so you can make your own choices on your diet. I also can't eat crisps as most are made with sunflower oil which I can't tolerate but there is a brand that only use olive oil, salt and potatoes, they are delicious and I'm fine with them so may be worth a try for you.

I avoid eating a lot of carbs and pastries. I eat low-fat foods. Fruits are good for natural sugar. Apple sauce and cinnamon are a great snack. Avoid a lot of salt. And i drink apple cider vinegar. It's taken me over 25yrs to figure out what works. Fibro is different for everyone. I hope this helps. God bless😇

Yes!!! Potato chips, soft drinks especially the dark ones, dairy. These are ones that add problems for me.

See im normally not a potato chip eater but ive been eating heaps lately because ive been craving them real bad haha, so that could explain the ongoing pains ! thank you @A MyFibroTeam Member. that makes way more sense now haha.
