Baking Soda
A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question 💭

Has anyone tried baking soda in a glass of water? It tastes horrible at first, but I barely notice it now. Supposedly it brings more oxygen and the body. I noticed when I stopped it, I felt worse. I have also read about b. soda and apple cider vinegar? Any thoughts? I have had fibromyalgia for a long time 23 years and still am searching for something to relieve my symptoms.

Baking soda and warm water in the mornings works for me, I always feel better when I do it but I don’t if it has any side effects.

I tried apple cider vinegar and it was horrible. I use baking soda hydrogen peroxide and salt with my arm and hammer tooth paste. Takes the plaque right off my teeth.
