I have these pains everywhere.
Heat packs and my tens machine helped
Yes, I get it when my fibro flares, I thought that it was sciatica but it was actually my hamstrings in a tight spasm radiating into my back and down my leg
I finally found out I also have degenerative disc disease so the first place a flare up hits it is in my lower back and glutes and nothing seems to help except going for a deep tissue massage and chiropractor I have even had to get injections from the pain being so bad that I can barely walk but they only last so long someone said acupuncture works but haven’t tried that yet I am still trying to find a pain specialist that I like
Yes... I get what your talking about. I get like a stabbing shooting pain in my lower back. I've never been sent anywhere to get it tested but when I mentioned it to my specialist at the pain clinic and he kinda just brushed it off as fibro. But I don't know! Definitely keen to keep an eye on this post!!! 😊
