Would someone in the Toronto Ontario area be able to give me a lead on a good rheumatologist or psychiatrist that diagnosis fibromyalgia. I need my fibromyalgia confirmed. I was diagnosed a long time ago in another province and I can't seem to find any paperwork and I don't remember the doctors name so I need my condition reconfirmed.
Don't mean to sound ungrateful but all I get is offers to sell me stuff that works!!!! But no one has offered me a name of a doctor. Please help I need a doctor… read more

Toronto Western Hospital has a Lupus/rheumatology clinic run by the most advanced in lupus/rheumatology. They also treat and understand fibro. You may need a referral from family doctor, or you may be able to go to the hospital, main floor, east wing to the clinic and see if they will set up an appt. for you. Believe much better if you go through family dr. but that can sometimes take a lot of time. So may be worth the try going to them directly.
