I never chose a state when I was signing up. So I think it defaulted to or I accidentally hit a key that brought it to Ossippe NH. Yes, we're from Northeast, but because of my husbands work we have lived across the country (and even abroad)!. I can't go in to change state. But we're in southwest now :)

Sjogrens, TMJ, burning mouth, all can be cohorts of Fibro and cause dental problems.
I have constipation with all the drugs I’m taking. I regularly bloke the toilet as food takes ages to work through my system. I go about 2/3 times a week.
I have used Allegra for 2 days now and it’s been amazing. Tingling is usually a precursor to fares for me so I’m pretty excited!
I read Allegra is also used for skin conditions and itching. Perhaps that’s why it stops the tingling???
Bennedryl is my antihistamine of choice. My allergy test was negative so I call them fibrogies. Plus an autoimmune disease. It’s still a histamine imbalance ‘allergic’ or not.
I was raised riding horses in the backcountry. Now it’s very hard to get out in general, let alone load, groom, and tack my horse. BUT, once I’m riding, and especially through rugged terrain, it’s as if my fibromyalgia doesn’t exist. As long as my horse is moving I feel NORMAL! When I do things that I love I tend to block the pain! Go for it! Anything that naturally mskes life better is great!!! Water is my place of comfort.
My daughter-in-law has fibromyalgia and just started doing cryotherapy (cold therapy). She said it helps her a lot. I don’t think I could do it because I’m very cold sensitive due to fibromyalgia and hypothyroid and I tend to get itchy and red from the cold. Has anyone else ever tried this?

I do also have an estrogen cream that definitely does help. But I don’t use it every night.
I have Pain in my ear from 5 weeks ago
In both ears the pain inside my ears and i have hotness redness swelling in external part. My doctors said it neuralgia but I don’t think so.
