Vitamins or supplements are great..our bodies have become so depleated from the junk in food we are a walking garbage dump..we must clean our systems....tumeric,mag,zinc,calcium,selenium,krill oil or fish oil pills, coq10,vit.c..these are more the answers than pain pills ot opiates..drink lots of room temp.h20 when you first get up...lots of water all day....

My pain specialist took me off Soma, until I get off all narcotics (I am currently tapering off all narcotics, hoping it will help, so far no change in pain). He said Soma is not safe to take with opioids, that you could die and there have been doctors actually charged with murder. But, I hope to go back on it when I’m off opioids, because I do think it helped.

Have your primary care doctor refer you to a pain management specialist. Be firm and dont let them make hou feel like that there is nothing wrong

He won’t budge on it...I’ve asked him more than once.

Could you ask for a lower dose of the Soma while emphasizing your pain level is not any different despite taking lower doses of narcotics? Especially since it seems to have helped your pain...
