Help? (neck/shoulder Issue)
A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question πŸ’

I woke up today and my shoulders and neck are so tight, I have pain radiating through my neck, upper back, shoulder and down my arm. I have very limited range of motion. It is sharp and some of the most relentless pain I've had with this yet. What the heck is going on? !

Don’t laugh. I use an old soft foam neck brace like they used to give you if you were in a car crash. It takes the weight of your head off the neck.

Steroids Tablets Short Term Use
A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question πŸ’

Hi I wanted to know about the short term use of steroid tablets. I was on steroid tablets for roughly a year long term ,but now have not taken any for a few years. I asked a doctor if I could take steroids short term to help me get through an event like a friends wedding , she literally laughed at me and said what kind of doctors were there that would give out steroids like that. I took that to mean that steroids are not used in this way for short term use . is this right ?.

Can A Lower Back Feel Like It's Going To Lock Up?
A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question πŸ’

Being diagnosed in July, I'm not sure what is what. The meds have helped so much with the aches and pains but over the last week, my lower back feels like it's going to lock up. I have I created my workout but not that much. It's been like this for over a week and I havent been in the gym since Thursday. Is this part of the fibro? Getting up, laying down, any initial movement hurts but once I'm sitting, laying, or walking, its better
