I've had lower back pain now for several years and it continues to get worse. It isn't the same type of pain I have with Fibro.
What are the treatments for the Ankylosing Spondylitis?
Thanks
Ankylosis spondylitis... it is another auto immune disease that affects your lower back pretty bad from
What I've read on it. I'm being tested for it and have been trying to learn more about it.
Yes I totally agree. I have spinal stenosis in both the cervical and lumbar spine in addition to Fibromalgia. I also have OA in my knees and mid foot. These conditions plays off of each other. I also have bilateral carpal tunnel syndrome. Constant nonstop pain. I had a fusion done in 2014 to the lumbar L4/L5 and now they are looking at doing surgery in the cervical spine. It is very difficult to deal with constant pain but I try to stay positive.
@Kayerpagetusding what is AS, I am not familiar with it. I'm going to Google it and see what I can find on it.
@A MyFibroTeam Member you don't have AS?
@A MyFibroTeam Member - I had a fall and crushed two vertebra in my spine. I had the spine surgery and everything came out fine. Of course that did not take the Fibro pain away.
I finally went to the Pain Management Center - -that is all they deal with --managing pain. It sure has helped me be Pain free. Thank the Good Lord.
THOUGHT FOR TODAY: Dear Lord, we praise You for Your infinite power, You created the world out of nothing and uphold it by Your word. Help me to remember that You are also in control of every part of my life.
