Has anyone else found that Pharmacists treat you as a drug addict?
Hi, there! I read your lovely story that includes a wonder husband and children.
Your meds listed are obviously indicated for Fibro and pain.
If you feel like a pharmacist is thinking negatively, maybe just say"how's your day going?".
He may be just having a tough day, ion his feet, all day.
If you like picking up your meds there, rather than changing pharmacies,
maybe, start "fresh" by calling him by name, asking simple questions like "are you going to the game this weekend?".
I love having relationships wherever I go. I am a loyal shopper. I know everyone's names and chat with them, when they have time.
My pharmacist is new to the store. He has become so helpful in getting a Stat RX for me, and contacting my m.d., personally, so that I don't have to wait for ongoing office faxes.
He always calls me by my name as I call him by his.
Even when I had to pick up liquid Hydrocodone and syringes for my double jaw surgery,
Kelvin phoned me, he transferred the RX to a sister store since he couldn't get it for a couple days.
My RX was ready when I arrived!
Throughout my bout, I've lost self confidence and self esteem.
I'm REALLY working ion it, simply by making contacts wherever I go.
My BEST!

I can't take any medication for fibromyalgia as it will interfere with my depression tablets and my birth control. The only thing the doctors have told me to take is panadol and neurofen when needed... doesn't do anything though!
@A MyFibroTeam Member. Double jaw surgery sounds serious. I will be sending hugs and positive thoughts your way for a successful pain relieving outcome.❣️
My pharmacist is very pleasant . Fortunately they don't have a lot of turnover. This is the first time I have been so familiar with a pharmacist. They treat me as though they care about what is going with me as opposed to why I am taking so many different meds. This could easily change but for now I am happy with my pharmacy.
