I agree massage and epsom salt bath really helps

@A MyFibroTeam Member The Heating Pad helps me a lot. I have also bought the Pure Wave Massager (about $100) and it is very helpful for me. It has different massage heads that you can use and also a speed control. Another good help is soaking in Epsom Salts. Hugs
