Has anyone ever experience constant cold or sinus problem? Feeling like you can't breath at night ? I've had this for 2 years and my doctor kept putting me on antibiotics and prednisone. I have gained so much weight. No relief. Now I just suffer with this problem. The ENT didn't see any problems.

My son has that. Have you tried the breathe right strips or Sinex nasal spray or Saline rinse? The doctor said lay down and squirt in saline and let it run all through sinuses...morning and night. It's helped my son a lot. Prayers!! 🙏🙏❤️

I went through this. I got addicted to nasal sprays because I couldn't sleep from my constantly stuffy nose. So I went to see an ENT. He put on prednisone, which I hated, but it got me off the sprays. He said the inside of my nose was in bad shape and needed to mend. This took a few months. I got tested for allergies and was found to be allergic to about 80% of what I was tested for. I started getting shots and I take fluticasone propionanate which I heard is like a prescription Flonase. It helps. Unfortunately I moved to help my mother, so I'm without my allergy shots at the moment. I only tell my story in case there's anything here that's helpful to anyone. Good luck.

Maybe y'all should try sleeping propped up. Easier to breath and sinus won't clog up. Gentle hugs! Blessings!!

Yes, same symptoms.
I was referred to a Sleep Specialist. It improved my breathing, or lack of, and sleeping throughout the night.
ENT said I had deviated septum. I had septoplasty a few months ago. Breathing is somewhat challenging
right now, but that's okay!

Please try a CPAP machine, if the Sleep Specialist concludes that you should use one nightly.

Good sleep leads to less pain and better concentration, just for starters!
My Best!

I have that happening! My doctor sent me to an allergist first, who put me on a second nasal spray that causes nosebleeds (so I've stopped using it and will call the doctor Monday). ENT is out next step. In the meantime, I sleep with fans on, typically towards my head. For some reason the circulating, cooler air, helps me be able to breathe. There are still some nights where it's harder and my sinuses make it hard to sleep still. I've had a sleep study and it didn't figure anything out for me. It's worth the try though.
