Anyone Have Pain From Shoulder To Wrist And Back Pain

I have been having some trouble with pain that goes from my shoulder to my wrist. It just aches. Sometimes my collar bone hurts, and the bone behind my ear. It seems to happen most if I lean on my elbow, like when I am reading or watching tv. Sometimes it just hurts without any pressure. Im exactly the same at the moment the pain in my shoulders feels like contractions coming and going, my muscles are being being pulled up and pain in my left wrists

I use a tens machine the elefric pulse adjusts...it works amazing for me.

It sounds to me like you're dealing with what I deal with and that's dehydrated fascia-I got relief using the Melt Method to rehydrate my fascia and the intense sharp burning pain down my arms and into my hands are so much better now! Good luck!

Have you tried taking a stool softener they sell over the counter. Check and see if they have miralax over counter in UK I take it as I take narcocit pain meds Hope ya feel better. Doris G
