Yes, I have chronic dizziness quite often. The first few times I had it I was worried. I guess it goes with the fibro, have had dizziness for 10+ years. I sit down, take deep breaths, drink water immediately and have potassium (banana or a little Gatorade, even coconut water is good).

Yes, mine turned out to be Vertigo. The reason I had it was because I was stooping to pick up things, generally while cleaning, the room was swirling around me and I felt like throwing up. Elavil was recommended if this happened again which did work. I am watching how I stoop as the head cannot be lower than the head. Hope this helps!

yes at first I thought I had a inner ear problem I would be standing doing the dishes and felt like I was on a ship (a nice cruise the chance would be a fine lol) never even knew it could be part of fibro, thank goodness its not every day that makes it easier to cope with,
