Kratom (I found a company that makes a "Fibro Blend") actually works VERY well.I get just as much relief as script meds.It just took awhile for me to finally find the right vendor, blend and dosage that works for me (but i did).CBD oil patches, edibles, capsules or vapes made from HEMP (has no THC & legal in all 50) works wonders for fibro pain also..I drink ALOT of water (esp. this summer) and I take high dose of Vitamin D and Magnesium "MALATE". I haven't found a fix all but it all makes a difference in its own way.I believe natural is actually BETTER than pharmaceuticals in some cases( not for serious illness or any type of psychiatric medicine substitutes).I will try anything if there's a possibility of giving me some sort of relief!Chronic pain in and of itself is EXHAUSTING!
for about 15 years I have taken two caps of magnesium and malic acid a day. If I miss a couple of days I am so weak and tired that I can hardly get out of my chair. So, yes, this one works for me.
I use rideau gold cannabis oil with cbd little to none thc in it, it has done so much for me it's like night and day but it took like 2 weeks to start working and taking it 3x a day by the end of a month I was out of bed more the I was in it!! It's worth it )
I've tried many. The things I've found that help me are Medical Marijuana, Kratom, AIP diet, and CBD oil. I'm also using Memantine on a trial basis. I cant say yet whether it helps. I used to be on Dilaudid, Morphine, Percocet and Tramadol. Not all at once. I am so happy to be off of all opioids. I do take 2 Aleve a day for arthritis pain. The only problem I will have with the MMJ is when I travel to other states. I can't take it with me and some states don't recognize your card. I live in Florida and travel to Arizona, Utah and Washington. It's so difficult to travel but it's the only way to see my kids and grandkids. It takes me at least two days to recover from the travel days. So, I'm going to have to rely on the Kratom and Cbd oil during those times. Aaanndd, I also do EFT Tapping. It works wonder. I do it with Nick and Jessical Ortner. But there are also others that do it on YouTube if you can't afford their programs. I find it easier to follow them instead of trying to do it on my own. Someone on here asked how much MMJ costs. I pay $190 for a month worth of drops. It's hard for me to explain how it feels but here goes....I can tell I'm in pain but I'm numb and if I relax, the knowing I'm in pain goes away. I do not get high with the dosage I take.
If any of you actually got to the bottom of this message, I apologize for the book...Have a wonderful day.
I've been taking two types of magnesium for awhile now and find it very helpful. I take magnesium malate in the morning to help give my muscles energy and magnesium glycanate at night to help my muscles relax and repair.
For nerve pain and itching, I take a bioavailable form of thiamine called Benfotiamine. It's awesome too.
I also get a massage at least once a month as well as seeing my chiropractor monthly, unless I twist wrong or pull something, then I go in sooner.
