Costochondritis And Low Abdominal Cramping
A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question 💭

How do you relieve your chest pains? And does anyone shooting pain in the low abdominal cramping almost serve mensual pain, but it doesn't last - just painful when you move. Last time I had this I had blood in my urine, but they found nothing wrong. I had a full hysterectomy in 2008.

Not to be too crass, but I find all muscles in my body can be spastic during a flare. This includes the muscles that process waste (in the abdomen and around colon). If there is relief after you use the restroom, (#2) it explains it. If blood in urine continues demand a cystoscopy. Wishing you the best.
