Back Clicking?
A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question 💭

Anybody find that clicking there back the pain goes for 45-1 hour! But sadly I can only click once every 1-2 weeks some times 2-3 months 🙁

But can anyone recommend a safe way to do so?
I've looked on google and tried most the bear hug works but my other half ain't strong enough to do it.

@CarlFarrell- Sorry about the above note. I just could not delete the (rell) before your name. The message remains the same.

Sorry for the mistake.

@rellCarlFerrell -I would never try to do it on my own. Chiropractors are trained in doing this. Find a good one in your area.

@A MyFibroTeam Member - I would put that in the hands of a chiropractor. They are licensed to do those things..
I would not attempt it on my own.

I have thought about an inversion table, but dont know if it would help. I feel like I want to stretch my back out, I know this sounds silly, but it feels like there is a weight pushing me down !!
