I've had immunizations and have not had any problem.

I wasn't sure, so I never asked. I figured my Dr would just ignore it. Last mid Nov, I got a shingles shot. Well after that I had the worst flare I've ever had. I had such bad pain and was terribly fatigued! I couldn't hardly take a shower without being so tired that I would have to lay down and, take a break before blow drying my hair. I was in bed for days that turned into weeks. That shot for shingles was the only thing I could think of that would have caused it! I had shingles when I was about 9 years old. I still wonder?

even a flu shot puts me into a flare

Yes!!! Every year when I get my flu shot I just have to wait 24 hours then I get slammed! I pretty much have to stay in bed for a whole day or two.
The doctor always tells me that one day of being sick is better then maybe six weeks of being sick. So every year I still get the shot and just suck it up.
On a side note, since I have been diagnosed with fibromyalgia I have not been sick one day. No colds, sore throats, or flu. Knock on wood. I have heard being sick is so much worse when combined with fibro.
