PM Hot Flashes
A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question 💭

I get really hot at night - my feet in particular. Makes it difficult to fall asleep. Anyone else experience this? If so, have you found any relief?

@ KWfibromama13,
For me, when I began to have the symptoms at night of feeling hot and sweating a lot, followed by feeling very cold it was actually Peri-Menopause and boy did I lose some sleep during that time in my life.
But as time went on it turned into full blown Menopause. I didn't have many of the Fibromyalgia symptoms
then that I have now just the aching pain all over my body.
However having the symptoms of menopause can make a girl feel like she is losing her mind.

Well I'm 33 so I doubt it's menopause related, but thanks for the info!
